The report reviews the Department of Energys effectiveness in protecting its workers, the community, and the environment at all its defense production facilities; specifically, the Feed Materials Production Center at Fernald, Portsmouth Uranium Enrichment Complex at Piketon, and Mound at Miamisburg.
