Some experiences in using biasing and antithetic variance techniques in monte carlo logistics simulation

In this paper we address some results which demonstrate that the biasing Monte Carlo and antithetic method are not suitable to treat rare events effects when using Monte Carlo simulation in the estimation of the life cycle logistic aspects, such as life cycle cost (LCC) and life cycle revenue loss (LCRL).
