摘要

The selectin and calculation of technological parameters for one-time induction hardening of full teeth of gears with big diameters and small modules,the design of the inductor and the heating and cooling method are idscussed.The stress distribution in one-time induction hardened gears is analyzed and ocmpared with that treated by other methods.It is shown that one-time induction hardening of gears is an effective means for improving and stabilizing gear qualities and form increasing productivity and reducting the cost.
