Lotto-Type Competitive Learning

摘要

In this paper, the classical competitive learning is modified such that not only the winner is being rewarded but also all the losers are being penalised. The idea is based on a simplified lotto system where all losers will be divested of their bets. From the experimental results, convergence occurs only if the parameters are suitably set.
