A new technology for the measurement of toxic gases in the workplace environment

The current philosophy of occupational industrial hygiene is to prevent workers from any exposure to hazardous substances, as far as possible, because even very low concentrations may cause adverse health effects over the longterm. Thus, there is a need for more accurate, sensitive, and specific mesurement systems. We can achieve this goal with an intelligent combination of chemistry, optics, electronics, mechanic, and software. This newly developed measuring system is called chip measurement system, CMS.
