Implementation of heavy dut wheeled vehicles into the polish hard coal mining

This report presents possibilities, problems and advantages resulting from an implementation of heavy duty wheeled vehicles (carriers) into the hard coal mining for a loading of winning as well as haulage of mine supports. These questions have been shown for examples of two Polish Hard Coal Mines: "Czeczott" and "Staszic". The review of already bought by the mines heavy duty typred carriers as well as those foreseen to the implementation in near future made with the supplementary equipment by the "Legmet" Mechanical Works at Legnica. In Poland, has been given. Apart from the construction brief foredesigns of these vehicles some mining requirements like the state of workings and haulage roadways in areas of the carrier operation have also been discussed.
