The coal water pumping system with remote contact and high head big flow

This paper introduces the pumping system for transfering the coal water in the second mining level of - 620m, after concatenating two coal water pumps at short - distance and in series with a coal water pump at long - distance in the first mining level of - 375m in Kuanzhuang Coal Mine of Datun Coal & Electricity Co.. It puts forward such measures as setting accident coal water sump, accident pipelines and pass pipeline, inspection holes in cooperation with hydraulic pressure, shortening the length of "caecum" pipeline to prevent and handle accidents of choking - up; This paper also advnaces some concrete methods such as setting pass pipeline, changing operating mode of long = distance concatenating and determining the pressure of coal water pump in the system; Finally, the problems of this system as well as their causes are discussed and some concrete measures are put forwared.
