The engine (20) has a crankcase (27) and a crankshaft (30) connected to a pulley (29) for driving accessories. An additional shaft (24) is fixed on the crankcase and pulled by the crankshaft. A vacuum pump (21), an oil pump (22) and a water pump (23) are adapted to be actuated by the additional shaft. A set of valves (34-37) varies flows delivered by the oil pump and the water pump. A common variable flow control system (39) of the valves controls the variation of the flows of the pumps. A driving controller (40) drives the control system.
