The new reliability devices for the mine winding system

摘要

Winder is one of the important transportation equipment in mines, its reliability makes great effect on the operation and safety of mine coal. In this paper, four equipment which assure the reliability of the winder safe were developed. These equipment included condition monitoring device of disc brake, compensative braking device, the protection buffer for over winding and fixed quantity weighting device of ships, etc. The use of these device increased the reliability of the whole winding system.
