摘要

This study was designed to noninvasively examine cerebral circulatory dysfunction in clinical and aerospace physiology. Cerebral blood flow monitoring was applied in conjunction with upright tilt testing in clinical evaluation of patients with syncope of unknown cause. And also to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures in different clinical conditions. Similarly, the changes in posterior cerebral circulation during gravitational induced loss of consciousness (G-LOC) were assessed in conjuction with centrifuge studies. The effect of a G-protection system was assessed using transcranial Doppler (TCD) technique.
