This paper will present a low power OTA with an adaptive biasing and common-mode compensation. The OTA has an open-loop gain of 60dB and unit bandwidth of 20MHz with capacitive with capacitive load of 6pF. Its power consumption is 3.8mW and chip area is 0.01mm . The chip was made in 1.2μm CMOS technology in AMS.
