Rigorous electrostatic field analysis of surface acoustic wave devices with closed-form formulae: A two-dimensional representation

Employing a Fourier transform and the method of moments the potential problem in SAW-devices with closed-form formulae was solved. To demonstrate the generality and applicability of the method for a variety of structures, the associated charge and field distributions are given. To evaluate the quality of the numerical results, an error analysis was performed.
