Government at all levels takes many measures to blossom their economy using industrial design, and the most popular way is to set up a industrial design innovation service platform(IDISP). The platforms have done a lot for the region economy, as the governments expecting. The present platform only plays a bridge role between the design factories and enterprise. Introducing the Cloud-computing and knowledge mining technologies, the platform can unite all the companies in the region, share the design resources, and real-time retrieve the necessary information from the knowledge base in the IDISP automatically.
