“Boxed Pigs Game” and Mode Innovation of Employee Welfare

In the environment that the majority of Chinese enterprises adopt the universal traditional welfare, between employees the relationship of “boxed pigs game” exists widely, employee welfare is not directly linked to their performance, there are few differences between big pig-like employees and small piglike ones on employee welfare in the enterprises, and employee welfare would not achieve the due incentives. Based on the “boxed pigs game”, this paper analyzes the model and its improvement programs, combines it with the enterprise incentive mechanism, and reaches the conclusion that companies should implement flexible welfare system to improve the incentive mechanism of employees.
