Snowflake – an Internet Protocol from Scratch

The article focuses on developing a new fully decentralized Internet protocol. The protocol provides simple design, ability to grow networks in natural manner, bridging the existing networks, adding new hosts and services without reconfiguration of other parts of network. It has no logical limits. Variable addresses length allows to use short addresses for local connections and longer for more distant.
