Analyzing Hemagglutinin Genes of Human H5N1 Virus by Linear Neighborhood Embedding

摘要

This work proposes using linear neighborhood embedding to visualize the distribution of viral genes in a two-dimensional space. The gradient descent algorithm for the embedding is described and the behavior of the algorithm is analyzed.
