Method for observer based decentralized control design is proposed which provide the finite time boundedness of the original system and estimation error with respect to given sets of initial states and admissible trajectories for time-varying continuous interconnected systems. It is based on the numerical solution of optimization problems with differential linear matrix inequalities. The results are illustrated by two coupled inverted pendulums.
