Technological progress has allowed organizations to evolve both in their processes and in their procedures, for example, the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to increase the productivity of small and medium enterprises. The objective of the article is to show the contribution of ICT in the productivity activities of SMEs, for which it was investigated in 105 SMEs, among the main results it was found that, although the organizations studied have made efforts to expand their technological infrastructure; However, there were weaknesses such as: lack of maintenance of equipment periodically, weak use of the internet for remote work and lack of support software for decision making..
