Methodological Bases of Construction of Dispatchers Intensive Training Simulators of Air Traffic Control

An approach to the construction of simulators for intensive training dispatchers of air traffic control automated system is proposed, the use of which ensures the achievement of the required level of training for the dispatcher staff with minimal time costs. The aim of the article is to solve the problem of constructing a model of intensive training for dispatching staff and to develop a method for synthesizing compromise-optimal trajectories of movement of air objects in a conflict environment. Using the intensive training model, the minimum time required for the development of determined typical operations. To practice each type of operation, the formation of the minimum required number of situations is provided based on the use of a mathematical apparatus for synthesizing compromise-optimal trajectories of movement for air objects in a conflict environment.
