摘要

We proposed a microring-resonator-based add-drop filter design in a Gallium Nitride/Sapphire. The structure arranged into a single racetrack-shaped microring resonator and two bus waveguides. Simulation results showed that the proposed structure exhibited an FSR of 25 nm, FWHM of 0.2 nm, and resonance loss of 1.6 dB at optical communication Cband wavelength. It also has an on-off ratio of 35 dB, which is enough to suppress crosstalk from other channels in the WDM system.
