In vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, when the traditional PI controller's given input changes greatly, it will cause the integral term to accumulate gradually and cause the integral saturation, thus resulting in increasing overshoot of the speed and torque, slowing down the system regulation and the decreasing control performance of the control system. To solve this problem, an anti integral saturation PI control strategy is proposed based on the traditional PI control, which is applied to the speed loop and current loop PI control of PMSM respectively. In order to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy, a simulation model of PMSM anti integral saturation PI control system is built based on MATLAB/ Simulink simulation platform. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional PI control algorithm, the overshoot of the anti integral saturation PI control system is significantly reduced, reaches the steady state quickly, and has better dynamic performance and antiinterference ability.
