摘要

This paper develops the design of low cost closed loop pick and place assembly. The idea is to detect an object by sensing color as well as size of an object. The primary implementation of design is used to separate fixed size objects of different colors. The model consists of fixed frame structure, pick and place arm, linear motion rail, actuators and controlling unit. Arduino UNO is used as controlling unit for real time implementation of proposed protocol to complete the segregation of objects. For implementation of design low cost and sustainable resources are used Working and time response analysis of model are extensively discussed.
