Fucoidan-coated Fibrous Mesh as a Skin Patch to Treat Melanoma

摘要

The functionalization of eFM with biologically active fucoidan was demonstrated as confirmed by XPS analysis and by water contact angle measurements. The specific antitumor activity of the proposed system demonstrated that fucoidan-coated eFMs is an original and interesting therapeutic approach to help treating melanoma.
