摘要

In this study, a simple method to co-immobilize heparin and catalytic agent for NO generation has been developed. The resulting HT/CuNPs exhibited the controllable and long-term generation of NO leading to the obvious inhibition of platelet adhesion. Besides, the in vitro cell study also showed that the NO-generating coatings can promote the HUVEC growth while eliminating the HUASMC attachment. This approach is believed to provide a novel strategy which can solve the thrombosis and restenosis problem to improve the hemocompatible properties of cardiovascular devices.
