We proposed and investigated real-time displacement measurement using intensity correlation between reflected probe light and phase modulated signal. The optical system was designed to suppress the noise due to interference with stray light. Real-time displacement measurement of a target moving at 1 mm/s or 10 mm/s was successfully demonstrated.
