摘要

This article presents various triage methods, low-power sensors and communication technologies that can be used in future wearable devices for triage. Type of devices used by rescuers during mass scale incidents to support triaging and enable more accurate and real-time examination of victim status during whole rescue action are presented. A mass casualty incident is a sudden event with a large number of wounded people, where the capabilities of the local rescue system are insufficient. Due to the large number of victims in mass casualty incident and disasters, there is a need for medical segregation (triage) [3,5,7], which aims to determine the priorities of medical assistance and evacuation.
