摘要

In view of the unreasonable design of the central control platform in large mining excavator, the design scheme of the central control platform based on the importance of components was put forward according to the driver's demand. Firstly, according to the requirement of the driver's working environment and visual field in large mining excavator, the designed scheme of the semi-surround central console platform was put forward. Secondly, the importance of the central console's components was solved according to the improved Topsis method. Then the components were partitioned and arranged based on the weight value results. Finally, JACK was used to determine the coverage area of the central console. The result shows that the designed central console has more hand extension coverage than before. It is more convenient for drivers to operate.
