摘要

In this paper is proposed a magnetic dynamic torque sensor for precise measuring of torque change in high rotational speeds. Sensor is based on magnetic elastomer deformation and corresponding change in magnetic field direction. Proposed design and sensing element are simple and acquire reliable readings for a wide range of rotational speeds. Sensor construction consists of: magnetic elastomer with nanoparticles sensing convertor, magneto-resistive linear field sensor, microprocessor calibration and control unit. Numerical and experimental test results for sensor accuracy and linearity are demonstrated and analyzed.
