摘要

In this paper, the ontology-driven approach to automated generation of interactive 3D applications is presented. The ontologies describing both static and dynamic application properties combined with domain-specific knowledge are leveraged. The approach is evaluated in two case studies: smart city simulator and virtual robotics testbed. The generated output is JavaScript code using Three.js library. According to the achieved results, the adoption of ontologies dramatically speeds up the development time compared to manual process.
