摘要

With the rapid development of information digitization, the IoT and big data technology have been extended to various fields and played an irreplaceable positive role. The education mode needs an urgent demand for a reform driven by information technology, especially in the field of military education and training. Encouraging innovation in education and training methods and cultivating high-quality military personnel is a top priority in military academy. Based on the actual demand, this design to build a safe, reliable, intelligent and controllable online learning SPOC platform. The paper researches three aspects: platform architecture, security protection and application of data mining, and hope to achieve the ultimate goal of optimizing the training methods and enhancing the level of informationization of schooling.
