摘要

Human resource management is defined as a strategic approach to the effective management of persons in an organization, and it is of great importance for modern company management. Therefore, in this paper, we aim to optimize human resources using intelligent computer management system. In order to make enterprise project management more efficient, main principles of human resources management are given in advance. Next, we propose an index system for enterprise project development to validate the importance of factors in human resources management exploiting analytic hierarchy process. Finally, a case study is conducted, from which the conclusion is drawn that the proposed human resources optimization method can obviously reduce the construction period and significantly save human resources.
