Sports tourism consumption is in a non-balanced state with the co-existence of the overall supply surplus and continuous rise of the price at the same time. The market effect and policy effect of the sports tourism consumption are more prominent due to the immaturity in the initial stage. In the background of the Internet era, the market role and the relationship among the sports tourism, sports tourism projects and consumers are analyzed in this paper by establishing the sports tourism consumption risk perception scale. In combination with the characteristics of the sports tourism, a kind of sports tourism consumption risk perception scale (hereinafter referred to as the STCRPS for short) that integrates the sports tourism, sports tourism project and consumers is put forward to improve the value in use of the model. In the improved Gaussian mixture model, the binary Logistic regression method is introduced to achieve the dynamic control of the improved iterative cross mutation ratio of the improved Gaussian mixture model and overcome the defects of the slow convergence speed of the Gaussian mixture model. Finally, the simulation results show that the improved Gaussian mixture model has very good value in use.
