Discussion on Sharing Mode of Electronic Medical Records Among Hospitals

In this paper, a data sharing platform supporting cross-regional electronic medical record scheduling is introduced. Combined with IHE, a unified mathematical model based on poly-chromatic set theory is used to simulate and model the mechanism of electronic medical record exchange visits among hospitals. The sensitive information of patients is stored and traded by block chain technology. The transaction of electronic medical records is stored in block chain. A cross-platform, safe and reliable sharing model of electronic medical records between hospitals is proposed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the realization of the model. Medical institutions, as members of the alliance, can communicate with each other, automatically execute intelligent contracts, and share and exchange patient's complete medical record information through authorization. It is of great significance to share medical resources and improving the quality of medical system services under the background of large medical data.
