The method involves directly detecting medical data i.e. ECG, of a user from an existing hospital information system or detecting traditional medical record output to be printed and electronic files or converting medial data or medical record data to preparation data (S1). A post-processing step is continued (S2), where the post-processing step comprises operations of identifying, shifting, standard mappings, encryption of electronic signature, compression and data exchange of preparation data. The data is secured in a pre-processing step and the post-processing step if required. The traditional medical record is selected from a group consisting of a text paper, a graphical paper and a medical devices output.
