Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low automation degree in the process of fruit tree planting, this paper designs an electro-hydraulic control system for intelligent fruit tree planter. The system adopts STM32 as the control unit, through the intelligent control of multi-channel relay and PWM governor, it can realize the automatic operation of digging, Emission of fertilizers, mixing of fertilizers, backfilling and irrigation. Data of Rotating speed of bit, system pressure and oil temperature are collected and displayed by interrupt, ADC, IIC and serial communication technologies. PID control algorithm is adopted to realize the matching operation of amount of digging feed and system pressure, solve the problems of high resistance, system pressure and oil temperature, and PID control process is simulated by MATLAB to get the pressure-time curve of feedback operation. Field test results show that the pressure of the hydraulic system tend to 10 MPa, the oil temperature maintain between 50 and 55 °C, the total planting time is within 3 min, the system greatly reduces labor intensity and improves the quality of planting.
