摘要

This study explores how to incorporate a model of green management to improve the account management procedures in digital cable television companies. Experimental zones can be set up to enhance overall business performances by improving corporate workflow, as well as lowering operating cost, manpower demand, and data transmission expenses. This study takes advantage of the interactive feature of digital cable television network transmission to increase the convenience and transparency in the communication between the service provider and its clients. Through the two-way communication interface of digital TV, the service provider can receive instant comments and suggestions from users to guide future improvements and make immediate remedies to meet users' expectations.
