摘要

The extensive application of the big data in the field of the business world has made a tremendous change in the marketing practice. All kinds of the marketing activities have been becoming more personified, diversified and precise. The precision marketing is a typical one. How does the enterprise make a full use of the precision marketing under the big data to serve its whole operational activity is worthy to be discussed. So, the paper first expounds the roles of the big data on the marketing by way of the document research. Then it analyzes the changing trend of the marketing under the big data and finally puts forward some tactics when the enterprise is engaged in the precision marketing under the big data such as building the platforms for the precision marketing, precise marketing positioning and setting up a perfect customer service system and so on.
