With the advancement of society and the improvement of living standards, people's demand for fresh products has gradually increased, which has made cold chain logistics attract much attention. Different from general logistics activities, cold chain logistics is highly vulnerable to temperature and time, and has high carbon emissions and energy consumption during transportation. These are hot topics of global warming in recent years. Based on the actual production needs, this paper establishes a multi-vehicle transportation model for simultaneous picking and distribution on the basis of fully considering carbon emissions and time windows. The model aims at the optimal sum of fixed cost, transportation cost, refrigeration cost, cargo damage cost, penalty cost and carbon emission cost. The genetic algorithm is selected and a suitable example is designed to verify the model. The results show that the genetic algorithm can solve this problem, proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. Finally, based on the results, the key points affecting the cold chain logistics path selection are summarized, and the strategy of developing cold chain logistics is simply pointed out.
