摘要

In this paper, the digital permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) servo controller is studied. Based on the mathematical model analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the vector control principle of AC servo system based on IRMCK201 is expounded. The adaptive inverse control strategy is applied to the servo control system. The main circuit, control circuit, detection circuit, protection circuit and auxiliary power supply of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system based on IRMCK201 are systematically designed. On the basis of hardware design, software design is carried out. The regulator of PMSM position servo system is designed. The current loop and speed loop regulators adopt PI control strategy, and the position loop regulators adopt adaptive inverse control strategy. These have reference significance for further improving the control performance of servo system.
