Based on the mutual influence and coupling relationship between temperature and humidity in the growth cabinet of intelligent plant factory, and the regulation of temperature and humidity has the dynamic characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying and large time delay, inspired by the idea of artificial intelligence, this paper proposes an intelligent decoupling method, that is, neural network PID decoupling control system. The classical control algorithm PID and neural network are applied to the decoupling control of temperature and humidity, and the simulation research is carried out based on MATLAB. The simulation results show that the decoupling effect of the decoupling system is good, the coupling relationship between temperature and humidity control channel is no longer obvious, and it has the control quality of fast response and high stability.
