摘要

The temperature control of large space climatic environment test laboratory has the feature of high inertia, wide temperature range and non-linear. By analyzing the technological process and the temperature control requirement, the paper presents a distributed architecture temperature control system which is based on the feedforward-cascade PID control method. The PID parameters are determined by trial and error method and the device switching logic is optimized. The test results show that the temperature curve is smooth, and the controllable temperature change rate as well as the temperature fluctuation during steady-state qualifies the request of the laboratory.
