Stationarity Condition for Nonsmooth MPVCs with Constraint Set

We consider a nonsmooth optimization problem with vanishing constraints and constraint set. A new constraint qualification and a necessary condition for M-stationary of the problem are presented. Our results are formulated in terms of Mordukhoivich subdifferential.
