摘要

The pollution flashover of insulators is the most serious accidents to the safe operation of power grid. Leakage current, as one of parameters for evaluating the pollution degree of insulators, which could be continuous online monitored, have a certain correspondence with some typical discharge phenomena. The on-line monitoring devices of the leakage currents have been installed in many places in Jiangsu Power Grid and a lot of leakage current data have been accumulated, which could be used to effectively evaluate the pollution degree of insulators. In this paper, based on the monitoring data of the leakage current of the actual operating line, the factors affecting the leakage current of the insulator surface, such as seasons, festivals, contamination, rainfalls and temperature difference are analyzed, which might provide references for the pollution warning system.
