An Integrated Business Construction Method based on ABP Pattern

For the demand of enterprise digital transformation and upgrading, it is necessary to break the traditional smokestack information system construction model of "block segmentation and data dispersion" and build an integrated business of "vertical process connection across organizations and horizontal data fusion across businesses". This paper proposes an integrated business construction method based on ABP pattern. First, this method comprehensive combs the business process, constructs and manages the enterprise business process model based on ARIS process management platform. Then, based on the BPM platform, the business process can be run quickly to continuously validate the business process. Finally, for the business with clear process, high maturity, sufficient verification and strong business connection, the business can be built in an integrated application to realize vertical and horizontal integration of the business. Using ABP mode construction method can comprehensively match and balance the relationship between business and IT, solve the information island of IT system, effectively reduce the risk of integrated platform construction, and promote the IT-driven strategy. At present, this method has been successfully applied in the construction of a large-scale group comprehensive management platform, and achieved a good application effect.
