Quantum Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) plays a pivotal role in nano science. Richard Feynman the famous physicist challenged the scientific minds to think small to solve future problem of integrated circuit design. Quantum Dot Cellular Automata is such a nano science where circuit operations are going on atomic level. In QCA majority gates plays an important role for circuit constructions in digital world. Hence in this technology circuits are mostly constructed by basic majority logic gates. There are thirteen standard functions to represent three cube functions and expressed by majority gate with respect to that function. In this paper we are representing all this functions by using the layered NAND/NOR gate in QCA environment. The effective area requirement is get lowered by this proposed method compared to other.
