Survey of Management Project Methods with an Emphasis on the Moroccan Context

摘要

Many serious studies on project management have been performed by large firms around the world, which is unfortunately not the case in Morocco where we do not currently have enough indicators to know exactly how our national projects are going. The global studies already realized give exactly the state of project management in the country in question, which allows us to see what are the problems affecting the success of the projects achieved and to secure them in the pre-project phase. In this article, I will start by presenting my motivation for this topic, then give some important notions in project management and the results of some significant studies carried out to finally describe the methodology adopted to deal with my research topic.
