As we know liquid microchannel is an effective method to dissipate heat. Due to its smallest size the inlet and outlet arrangement adversely affected on heat dissipated in addition to array of microchannels. In this study, CFD simulation of three different arrangements at different heat inputs to find out the effect of Reynold number and nusselt number. The result shows as the heat input varies, the arrangement C (Microchannel Heat sink with taper manifold(upward and downward position))shows much growth followed by arrangement B (Microchannel Heat sink with taper manifold(both downward position))and arrangement A (Microchannel Heat sink with taper manifold(both upward position)).
