Globalization Influence on Information and Communication Systems in Regions

摘要

the regions are the territory where regional development is realized. Globalization as modern processes reflects directly on regions and local entities. The author aims to analyze the influence of globalization processes on information and computer systems in regions. The structure of this paper consists two main parts - information and computer systems and social networks as special relations between people in different regional entities.
