Based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and queuing theory, this paper solves the problem of charging and discharging optimization management of electric vehicles, and obtain the charging demand of electric vehicles in 96 periods, afterwards establish the profit expression with charging power as variables, (charging power constraint is 0 to 50 kW) calculate the maximum profit when the light energy is fully utilized and the maximum profit when it is allowed when there is no light.
