摘要

The accurate detection of SO2F2 and SOF2 of SF6 decomposition components plays a very important role in the state assessment and fault diagnosis of SF6 electrical equipment. The gas detection based on spectroscopy has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good reliability and strong anti-cross interference ability. It is a suitable detection scheme for applications in the power industry. In this paper, theoretical and experimental researches on the infrared characteristics of SO2F2 and SOF2 are carried out. The detection bands that can be used for the detection of the two decomposition components are analyzed. It provides technical reference and support for the future development of SO2F2 and SOF2 detection devices based on spectroscopic technology.
